Performance Contracting is seeking a Branch Safety Engineer for our Indianapolis Interior operations based in Carmel, IN.    This position is based in the Indianapolis metro-area but requires the ability to travel to job sites throughout the state of Indiana and to job sites in the Midwest/Southeast. In the future, it may be required to relocate to specific projects in those areas for periods of time. Performance Contracting provides a company car allowance, relocation reimbursement, temporary housing and per diem for these assignments. Assure installation in accordance with plans and specifications. - Schedule labor and material on contracts secured. - Maintain control of contracts-in-progress. - Develop proper union relationships and developing a strong loyal field workforce. - Actively involved in local union(s), builder associations, JATCs to build solid relationships. - Accountable for results to meet business objectives for revenue and margin. - Promote a culture of safety and monitor/enforce all best practices, including conducting tool box safety meetings and job site safety inspections. - Awareness of contract requirements which may affect labor, schedule, productivity or safety. - Provide primary field labor force interface with branch personnel. - Build solid customer relations with all customers. - Uses available technology to perform job tasks efficiently. - Creates strong morale and spirit in his/her team and defines success in terms of the whole team - Attends monthly Branch meetings and reports the status of all contracts-in-progress, recognize and report any deviations from plans and specifications and assist in pricing.

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Contract Analyst for its corporate operations based in Lenexa, KS. This individual will be responsible for reviewing, revising, and negotiating terms and conditions of all types of construction contract documents including subcontracts, service agreements, purchase orders, bids and nondisclosure agreements under the direction of the Legal department in order to identify and minimize corporate risk or liability. Other responsibilities include:   - Ability to identify, analyze and summarize contract terms or key issues to ensure compliance with company policy, laws and regulations and desired risk profile and specifically within the context of the construction industry.  Generate alternate contractual language and negotiate with opposing parties to address concerns related to specific risk items. - Effectively communicate with internal and external customers regarding proposed revisions in order to negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions. - Perform in-person and virtual training sessions for Company branches nationwide on issues of contractual risk, risk mitigation, the contract review process  as well as other relevant legal topics. - Participate in continuous process improvement by collaborating with team members on  process refinements/enhancements in order to achieve better efficiency and accuracy in the contract review process.
