PCI is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for its PCI Atlanta operations based in Fayetteville, GA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:   - Performing quantitative takeoffs on construction projects - Establish labor productivities for estimate - Maintain positive relationships with area vendors for competitive material and equipment pricing. - Solicit subcontractor pricing for work done outside of our self-perform group. - Understand the market conditions including competitive approach, backlog, level or risk for work and other factors for establishing margin percentages. - Be involved in the internal bid reviews with supervisors and project team. - Participate in the customer alignment objectives of the branch by creating and maintaining positive customer relations. - Contract administration for secured projects. - Prepare wage and benefit schedules. - Assist in the hand-off of secured projects to the Operations Team. - Assist in other duties as assigned such as change order management or billings depending on the project(s).

This individual will:   - Actively participate in the safety plans and measures of the branch and assigned projects.  - Understand and follow all PCI guidelines related to corporate safety program. - Create/manage punch lists proactively. - Understand and be accountable for the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program for assigned projects. - Prepare RFI’s, submittals and shop drawings. - A clear understanding of our building systems and how they relate to the building process.  - Understand how to navigate and coordinate activities to maximize productivity and efficiency. - See to quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials and price change orders. - Create and implement job schedules, coordinate with field supervisors and foremen and effectively communicate issues to negotiate the optimal position for our trade in the work sequence. - Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance; use this tool to make adjustments as necessary to maximize profits.  - Coordinate warranties and O&M’s. - Assist in selecting the vendors and coordinate materials and equipment. - Assist in the buyout of subcontractors, issue contracts and proactively sequence and manage the subcontractor’s work including billings and change orders. - Complete and be accountable for the job cost control measures through monthly Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAW’s) on assigned projects. - Support the branch through positive customer relations and active participation in the Customer Alignment Plan.

Their primary objective is to provide development and learning opportunities to all operational field leaders based on their experience in construction operations and, ideally, credible PCG knowledge. This role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training for operations and creating training resources to meet the needs of the organization. Other essential functions include:     - Work closely with operations to identify and gather training and development needs and solutions where needed - Assess business situations and develop goals and training/development strategies to improve business results and performance - Responsible for content development of formal training workshops and job aids - Effectively deliver training to ensure participants are engaged and are motivated to master and apply learning on the job - Manage & maintain current list of all applicable FL&D employees by branch and job duty; responsible for partnering with management to provide developmental opportunities for employees & ensure training progression - Partner with individuals and key leadership stakeholders to assist and advise on execution of company policies and procedures - Act as a liaison between corporate departments and branches to ensure validity and efficiency of training materials. Responsible for working with both groups to meet the needs of training tools. - Coach and mentor employees regarding personal or career development - Provide insight to branch succession and leadership development conversations - Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions Salary range: $87,000 - $117,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program   This position is safety-sensitive.

PCI is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator for its PCI Atlanta operations based in Fayetteville, GA. This individual will be responsible for the oversight of the branch’s field installation practices with a focus on their established area of expertise.  The objective is to train and motivate safe and efficient installations based on our best-known practices.  They will serve to bring intentionality and enhance our approach from job set through close out, with the mission of making us more competitive and effective in their given market.   - Participate in PCI’s safety program with an emphasis on the crews they train - Participate in branch strategy discussions with branch leadership - Evaluate the current drywall finishing practices in the operation and establish areas of opportunity - Identify specific goals and needs related to training drywall finishers and approach that will result in increased efficiency (not necessarily speed), safety and accountability. - Establish expectations for our field leaders that are vetted upstream, and communicated well throughout the business - Create a culture of pride and support within the ranks; an insistence on being the best and supporting their teammates to do the same.  - Be a proactive resource that provides ample coaching and reinforcement - Attend all meetings and trainings of the Construction Department - Work in partnership with the branch Superintendent(s) to improve the processes of our craft workers - Establish a training program that is specific to the individuals (by name, classification, certifications, or tenure) and an approach plan for the different facets. Some training plans may need to be phased to keep the total in stride.
