    Job Description

    • PCG is seeking a HR Compliance Program Manager for its California operations. This individual will partner closely with our business leaders to align employee practices and programs to support successful achievement of business objectives.  
    • Own and manage all aspects of HR for California based offices
    • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
    • Assist with the integration of regulatory and operational risk requirements in the development of policies and procedures
    • Provide HR support to assigned business functions, answering employee questions about Employee Experience programs, policies and benefits
    • Provide employee relations support to assist employees and managers in resolving issues and grievances
    • Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
    • Execution of HR compliance risk assessment/audits and preparing periodic reports summarizing the risk and control environment


    • Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources (employee relations, state/fed employment law, compensation, WC, safety)
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate the complexities of California state and federal employment and wage laws with a track record of success
    • Union experience preferred
