    Job Description

    PCG is seeking an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator for its corporate operations based in Lenexa, KS. This individual recommends and maintains policies and procedures or changes to ensure that PCG meets all its business goals and objectives surrounding Diversity and Inclusion. 

    • Assist with the development and support of company-wide employee resource groups.
    • Collect and analyze D&I data and reports to evaluate the success of the programs.
    • Plan, manage and provide deliverables on projects as assigned.
    • Develop, plan, and coordinate activities and events in support of D&I objectives
    • Work closely with functional business groups to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives.
    • Develop communication plans that ensure clear and consistent messaging across all employee groups
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or related business field
    • 3-5 years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion program management or related area
    • Working knowledge of concepts and practices related to Diversity & Inclusion
    • Ability to understand, interpret, and perform analysis related to metrics
    • Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Strong presentation skills in large or small group settings
    • Strong written, listening and verbal, communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management.
    • Ability to interact with employees and management across all levels as an advocate for diversity
    • Excellent coaching, mentoring and facilitating skills
    • Ability to work independently and as a team member
    • Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.
