    Job Description

    PCG is seeking a HR Compliance Content Writer for its corporate operations based in Lenexa, KS. This individual will perform analysis in support of Human Resources decision-making and strategic planning.  The Compliance Coordinator has primary responsibility for a variety of researching, reporting, trending and strategic analysis of Human Resources related initiatives.


    • Assess compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements (including federal, state, county and city employment laws and ordinances), industry best practices, company policies, and procedures; research and write or update company policies as needed.
    • Manage and audit company Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Leave tracking and reporting for salaried and hourly employees.
    • Collect data for and submit reports to the Bureau of Labor Statistics and Department of Labor (i.e. industry verification, multiple worksite, and employment and occupation reports).
    • Recommend procedural process improvements to foster compliance program objectives.
    • Assist branches in staying compliant with mandatory postings and other regulatory changes.
    • Analyze data and create reports and proposal presentations for management as a tool to review HR information against strategic initiative development.
    • Special projects as assigned, including developing content for the quarterly company newsletter.
    • Maintain deadlines and commit to improve on timely deliverables.



    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Statistics, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
    • One to three years of Human Resource experience preferred.
    • Process-oriented.
    • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, verbal and numeric ability.
    • Strong critical thinking and research skills; and a high level of attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision on complex projects.
    • Works well with deadlines and within teams.
    • Excellent PC skills with appropriate software (Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Demonstrates knowledge of HR processing.
