Job Description

PCI is seeking an experienced Branch Administrator for its Austin Solar operation based in Austin, TX. This individual is responsible for the following duties:

  • Answering phones, filing, general office duties.
  • Create and maintain all contract files in both paper and electronic format.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Generate month-end reports for review by Branch Manager & Regional Controller.
  • Verify all cost coding and general accuracy for the Job Cost Ledger and Contracts in Progress.
  • Provide back-up support for purchasing.
  • Manage all accounts payable and payroll operations.
  • Assist and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed.
  • Organize branch activities. (i.e. holiday parties, customer gifts, etc.)
  • Manage all office general supplies and equipment.
  • Hold team accountable to policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of office experience.
  • Construction experience or college education helpful but not required.
  • Attention to detail and STRONG problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep each on schedule ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees within the company.
  • Proven success motivating team efforts.
  • Knowledge of general accounting practices and functions
  • Must be flexible and enjoy working with a diverse group in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter.
  • Strong work ethic.
